A customizable clean is a service tailored specifically to your needs and priorities. Instead of only a flat fee, one-size-fits-all approach, we work with you to focus on the areas that matter most. If you need extra attention in a specific part of your home, we’ll adjust our checklist to make sure your space is cleaned exactly the way you want it. 

Maybe you have a huge house and don't want to pay for an entire standard clean, you just want a bathroom scrubbed, or just the kitchen but with ALL tor deep clean add-ons for that space...

Booking is easy! You can schedule your clean through our website, give us a call, or email us. We’ll confirm your appointment and discuss any special requests.  Click HERE to quick jump to our contact form.


Not at all! Many of our clients prefer to give us access while they’re out. If you’re not home, we’ll alert you when we are on our way, and you’ll receive a detailed report with photos after the clean. 


 Our standard clean includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and emptying trash. For a full list of what’s included, check out our Residential Clean Checklist. 


 

  • Deep appliance cleaning: While cleaners may wipe down the outside of appliances, appliance interiors are purchased as an add-on and quoted by severity.
  • Dishwashing: Cleaners do not wash or put away dirty dishes unless purchased as an add-on. 
  • Exterior window cleaning: Stellar Home Management cleaning services only clean window interiors, not the exterior. 
  • Pest control: Stellar Home Management is not a pest removal/ clean up company.
    For the safety of our staff and clients, if your home has a significant pest problem, Stellar Home Management may not take on the job. 
  • Hazardous materials: Cleaners won't handle hazardous materials like blood, pet urine/feces, or large amounts of bodily waste. 
  • Mold Remediation: While some light mold and mildew is common, especially in damp areas, we are not a remediation company and will not remove or clean large or hazardous amounts of mold. 
  • Organizing and decluttering: While they may tidy up, cleaners don't handle deep organizing or decluttering of surfaces, cabinets, or drawers.
  • Fragile items: Stellar Home Management may ask you to remove or protect very delicate items like antiques or heirlooms before service 
  •  Carpet Cleaning Cleaners Do not spot clean or shampoo carpets unless purchased as an add-on.
  •  Laundry Cleaners do not sort, wash, fold or put away laundry, we may gather and put dirty clothes into provided baskets. Bed linens and small laundry loads may be purchased as an add-on.
  • Cleaning interior walls While we do our best to always hand wipe surfaces that need attention, we do not wash/scrub walls unless purchased as an add-on.
  •  Industrial cleaning Stellar is not set up to clean industrial spaces with exposure to hazardous material removal or handling.
  •  Lifting of heavy items While during deep cleans we do our best to shuffle what we can to ensure the best clean, we will not move, lift, or shift heavy items or furniture.
  •  Surfaces out of arms reach  High ceiling fans, tops of shelves, and other areas that require ladders or equipment to reach.


The duration of the cleaning depends on the size and condition of your space. Most standard cleans take 2–4 hours. We can provide an estimated timeframe when you book. 


The cost of our services varies depending on the type of service, the size of the area to be cleaned, and the frequency of cleaning. You can view our pricing and create your own custom quote on our PRICING PAGE.


Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning plans. Recurring clients also enjoy discounted rates and priority scheduling. 


We accept various payment methods including:

  • Zelle
  • Venmo
  • Cash or check
  • Trade (Money isn't everything, being local has perks. Serious inquires of equal or better trades of goods or services considered.) 

Payment is due upon completion of the service. 


Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 48-hour guarantee—if we miss something, let us know, and we’ll come back to reclean the missed area at no extra cost.


Yes, all of Stellar Home Management's cleaners are fully insured for your peace of mind.
